News From the Ladies of PPCC - 8/15/23

Please accept our apologies for the extreme tardiness of this Women's Sports Committee Update. Well, life sometimes gets in the way, things happen....and family takes priority.
First off....there will be an exchange with RCC for a ladies night, next Wed. August 23, 2023. Below are the details. We will post a sign-up sheet for this, this coming Wednesday 8/16.

Good Afternoon,
Just wanted to circle back as it looks like Wednesday, August 23rd would be a good day for Rutland to host. Below are the details:
Date: Wednesday, August 23rd
Time: 5:15pm Shotgun Start, Front 9
Registration Information: Sign up in groups of two so we can easily pair two PPCC members with 2 RCC members. We typically get 24 ladies each week so the goal would be to get 24 PPCC members and 24 RCC members. If we do get more sign ups, we can always add groups. As for entry fee, PPCC members would pay $65 / player which includes the 9-hole guest fee, dinner & prizes. Cart fees would be in addition at $12 / player.

2) Member Guest Tournament - August 5, 2023.
Thanks to all members and guests who participated. Another successful tournament at PPCC. We had 30 teams. The weather cooperated. Thanks to Redfield's for the great breakfast goodies and the lunch of Taco Bar to go along with out "South of the Border" theme. Click here to see the results. They are also posted in the Women's locker room.
3) TURKEY TROT IS SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 30, 2023. THERE MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 12 TEAMS FOR THIS FUN EVENT TO TAKE PLACE. SIGN-UP APPLICATIONS ARE IN THE LOCKER ROOM.
4) There were only 6 players the weekend of 8/4 - 8/6 and only 4 players this past weekend 8/11 - 8/13. Therefore, NO tournament for either of these weekends. There must be al least 8 players.
5) Seniors/Legends Tournament play will end this Saturday August 20. (the date was extended)
6) CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP - Deadline for sign-up is Wednesday, August 16th.
Qualifying round to be played with a member of PPCC ( does not need to be a female member) and is to be played between August 19th thru August 26th. Good Luck !!
